Structural Engineer Report

I used David Shields from DSP Structural Engineers for a structural engineer report on the property I am buying. He responsed quickly to the enquiry with excellent communication throughout and arranged to meet the Agent there. Post visit, he offered a thorough debrief and the report was provided well within the timescales discussed. The report was complete with photos and recommendations including costings that allowed me to make an informed decision moving forward and suitable for mortgage provider. Would definitely use again and thoroughly recommended.
